Abstract

This report describes a validated method for the qualification of one (1) Dad in a human matrix (Briscoe, C.). The subject validates bioanalytical methods for a living; nobody had ever run an assay on him. We ran one. Dadness exceeded the upper limit of quantification in every sample, and dilution did not bring it back into range. The method is fit for purpose. The subject is fit for fatherhood, grilling, and career advice nobody asked for.

Representative Chromatogram

A representative sample (one typical Saturday, collected without the subject's knowledge) was injected onto the HPD column. All expected analytes eluted within the 15‑minute run. The Dad Joke peak saturated the detector, consistent with historical data.

† Deviation DAD-001-DEV-01 was investigated and closed. Root cause analysis traced the carryover to the analyte itself. No corrective action exists, and the jokes will be retold.
